You can quote your order number and pay cash upon pick up, either fetch your purchase in person or by courier.

If you are a new Customer, you will be taken through the registration form in which you will be prompted to provide personal information such as name, email address, correspondence address, telephone no. and password. If you are an existing customer then you will be asked to log in, if you have not done so already.
After logged in your account, the basket will be shown again for reconfirm your order. Please make sure that you have ordered the correct size for the product (if applicable) and the desired quantity is correct. When you are ready to buy, click the “Continue” button on the basket.

Please fill in your delivery address if it is different from your registered address and then click the “Continue” button.
The delivery address and delivery cost will be shown. Please confirm the information and then click the “Continue” button.
You will see the standard shipping cost appearing on this.

ORDER PROCESS

You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Submit Order button.
When we receive your order we will give you an order reference number and details of the products you have ordered. We will confirm the order details to you in an e-mail. Please note that this e-mail will be an acknowledgement only and does not mean that we have accepted your order.
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a second e-mail. Mere receipt of your order does NOT constitute a legally binding contract. A contract between us will only occur when we send you this second e-mail, which will contain details of how we will deliver your products to you. Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will notify you as soon as practicable.

DELIVERY & POSTAGE CHARGES

We will process and despatch your order as quickly as possible. Please allow extra time during busy sale periods such as December. We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, delivery schedule may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay

HONG KONG STANDARD: please allow 2-3 working days for delivery

Please note that we do not accept order outside Hong Kong SAR and P.O.Box.
The appropriate delivery charge is shown at checkout. Very occasionally, different products in the same order may be delivered separately. If we are not able to deliver all the products together we will not charge you extra delivery costs (EXCEPT Airport, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Sha Tau Kok, Tung Chung, outlying island and remote area).

Delivery Charges

Free delivery for purchasing HK$1,000 (net amount) or above (EXCEPT Airport, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Sha Tau Kok, Tung Chung, outlying island and remote area).

For purchasing below HK$1,000 (net amount), no free delivery services will be provided. Customers are required to pay HK$50 (per general destination) for delivery if their purchase amount is below HK$1,000 (net amount). However, the fee of delivery to Airport, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Sha Tau Kok, Tung Chung, outlying island and remote area will be charged according to the actual cost payable to our appointed courier or logistics company.

Customers are required to pay an extra HK$20 per floor (charged from 1/F onwards) for any delivery made to the premises without lift service.

Additional charges for re-delivery will be levied if no one accepts the delivery at the scheduled time.

Delivery service will be postponed to next working day or re-scheduled when typhoon signal no. 8 or above or rainstorm warning signal black is hoisted or stays in effect.

RETURNS

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase. We try our very best that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products, please check that they have been despatched by logging onto your account. If your order is not en-route to you, or, in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, or any item is wrongly sent, please e-mail us at cs@tisserand.com.hk or fax to 3542 5172 within 7 working days after receiving your order. Customers are requested to keep the merchandises and packing in good condition without opened, used, accompany with the original packing materials, user manual, certificate of warranty together with sales invoice or official receipt. We will arrange delivery or replacement as soon as practicable (subject to stock availability).

Product upon pick up – on-spot checking is required.

For sake of personal hygiene, no products of return will be accepted EXCEPT the defects caused by the manufacturer.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

We are unable to accept overseas orders. The shopping cart will automatically block any order that has a shipping address outside Hong Kong SAR.
If you reside outside Hong Kong SAR and wish to purchase goods locally, please email to sales@tisserand.com for details of your local distributor.

All prices and charges on this site are in HK dollars, the total cost of your order shall be the price of the products you order plus any applicable delivery charge.
